I've known Simon at Credit Suisse for 15+ years since he first joined the Trade Flow IT team, working on Terra Firma / Equity Derivatives. Always incredibly helpful, collaborative and a real pleasure to work with. No matter what the situation, Simon's calm focus always had a positive effect on those around him. Over the years, Simon invested a huge amount of his time in developing junior talent through the organisation with a strong commitment to the Technical Analyst & Intern programs and also driving successful apprenticeship programs. It was something he was really passionate about, and all those involved the programs he led have really appreciated his support in their personal career journeys. Everyone who's ever worked with Simon will know that he was one of the smartest, kindest and genuinely good people at Credit Suisse. We will miss him greatly.
